Immeasurably more.
Ephesians 3:20-21
Just before Jesus ascended to heaven, Acts 1:8 tells us that He said to His disciples,
“you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my
witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth."
We believe this act of being witnesses can be summed up in the word "compassion."
Compassion for the lost, for the hurting, for those who lack hope.
Jesus gave us a blueprint for how to extend that compassion, that unconditional love to the
city (Jerusalem), region (Judea and Samaria) and the rest of the world.
Our Local and Global Compassion teams work with individuals and organizations
to actively extend the love of Christ in these areas.

Our Vision
A church for every child.
Every child in foster care has a name and a story, and every story matters to God. Due to a shortage of foster homes across the country, children in the foster care system are often placed outside of their community, moved around multiple times and are vulnerable to society’s most pressing issues. If even a fraction of churches raise up one Foster Family with a team of Support Friends, there will be more than enough loving homes to meet the need.
100% of funds given toward Global Compassion go to directly to support the missionaries and
international ministries with whom Bernal Compassion partners. Our God is able to do IMMEASURABLY MORE
than we can ever ask or imagine and it is with this in mind that we support the work He is doing.
