Let My People Go (Series Intro)
This exploration of the Exodus story reveals four cunning compromises the enemy uses to keep us from fully surrendering to God. Drawing from the confrontation between Moses and Pharaoh, we discover how Satan's tactics haven't changed—he still tries to keep us connected to the world system even as we pursue faith. The first compromise whispers, 'Stay in Egypt—worship God but don't separate from the world.' The second says, 'Go into the wilderness, but don't go too far—keep one foot in your old life.' The third tempts us to leave our families behind, allowing the world to shape our children instead of raising them in God's truth. The final compromise is perhaps the most subtle: 'Go ahead and follow God, but leave your treasure, your wealth, your heart behind.' These parallels between Egypt (the world), the wilderness (dying to flesh), and Canaan (victorious Christian living) paint a vivid picture of our spiritual journey. The message challenges us to examine where we're compromising in 2026—are we truly separated unto God, or are we trying to straddle the fence? The call is clear: complete surrender, trusting that God knows our needs before we ask, and believing His promises are greater than anything this world offers.
